Sticking to my recovery plan that I set on Monday, I was able to complete 7.3 miles on the elliptical machine at work.  I have more flexibility in my right leg today; that is, I can walk around without a noticeable limp!

For My non-running workout, I completed 300 sit-ups, a 100 second wall-sit, and 200 (16 lbs) curls.

Hi Rossy,

I had already run when I got your advice, but I just ran 7 at a fairly easy pace. I think I following after you on the knee problem...I seemed to have torqued it a little on my hard run Monday. I thought it would work it's way out but hasen't yet. I may be on the eliptical too. (Strange...never had this knee sore before..#%^^&*^)
